Information document pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Reg. UE 2016/679 – GDPR – Notice for the processing of personal data collected from the data subject

In compliance with the provisions of the Reg. EU 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) We provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided. The information notice is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be accessible through links on the data controller’s domain websites, and the data controller is in no way responsible for third-party websites. This is a notice provided pursuant to art. 13 of the Reg. EU 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and is also inspired by the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, on cookies, as well as by the provisions of the Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 08.05.2014 on cookies. PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING, AND LEGITIMACY

Pursuant to Art. Pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters (b) and (f), the personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes, until you object:
  • browsing on this website;
  • any request for contact, with the sending of information you requested;
  • any completion of data collection forms in dedicated areas;
  • general administrative and accounting activities.

PROCESSING METHODS – STORAGE

The processing will be carried out both in paper and electronic form, automated and manual, using methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by specifically authorized subjects in compliance with the provisions of Article. 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In accordance with Article 5(1)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. The retention of provided personal data depends on the purpose of the processing.

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION, DISCLOSURE, AND TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

Your data, subject to processing, will not be disseminated and may be communicated to companies contractually linked to Project Technology S.r.l. within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits set forth in Article 44 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The processing of your data will not be subject to automated processing or profiling activities.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional but necessary. Failure to provide the data marked with the symbol * may result in the impossibility of obtaining what is requested or using the services of the data controller.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

  1. Right to obtain access to personal data and the following information:
  • confirmation of whether personal data is being processed or not;
  • the purposes of the processing;
  • the categories of personal data;
  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed;
  • where the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information about their origin;
  • the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling;

  2. Right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) if one of the following grounds exists:
  • personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

  • the data subject objects to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;

  • the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
If the data controller has made personal data public and is obliged to erase it, they must inform other controllers who are processing the personal data of the request to erase any links, copies, or reproductions of your data.
  1. Right to restriction of processing in case:
    • the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
    • the processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use;
    • although the data controller no longer needs them for processing purposes, the personal data are necessary for the data subject for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
    • the data subject has objected to processing, pending verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
  1. Right to lodge a complaint with the Garante for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and instructions published on the official website of the Authority garanteprivacy.it.
  2. Right to data portability, meaning the right to receive personal data concerning oneself, which were provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means. Where technically feasible, the data subject has the right to obtain the direct transmission of data from one controller to another.
  1. Right to object at any time to the processing of personal data, including profiling, especially in the case where:
    • the processing is based on the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, provided that the reasons for the objection are stated explicitly;
    • the personal data are processed for marketing purposes

Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, except in cases where the decision: is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and a data controller, is authorized by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject, or is based on the explicit consent of the data subject.

The exercise of rights is not subject to any formality and is free of charge.

MINORS

This Website and the Data Controller’s Services are not intended for persons under the age of 18 and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. In the event that information about minors is unintentionally registered, the Data Controller will delete it promptly, upon request from users.
