PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING, AND LEGITIMACY
Pursuant to Art. Pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters (b) and (f), the personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes, until you object:

The processing will be carried out both in paper and electronic form, automated and manual, using methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by specifically authorized subjects in compliance with the provisions of Article. 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In accordance with Article 5(1)(e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION, DISCLOSURE, AND TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

- Right to rectification and integration of personal data;
- Right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) if one of the following grounds exists:
- personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

- the data subject objects to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;

If the data controller has made personal data public and is obliged to erase it, they must inform other controllers who are processing the personal data of the request to erase any links, copies, or reproductions of your data.
- Right to restriction of processing in case:
- the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use;
- although the data controller no longer needs them for processing purposes, the personal data are necessary for the data subject for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
- the data subject has objected to processing, pending verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Garante for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and instructions published on the official website of the Authority garanteprivacy.it.
- Right to data portability, meaning the right to receive personal data concerning oneself, which were provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means. Where technically feasible, the data subject has the right to obtain the direct transmission of data from one controller to another.
- Right to object at any time to the processing of personal data, including profiling, especially in the case where:
- the processing is based on the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, provided that the reasons for the objection are stated explicitly;
- the personal data are processed for marketing purposes
- Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, except in cases where the decision: is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and a data controller, is authorized by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject, or is based on the explicit consent of the data subject.

This Website and the Data Controller’s Services are not intended for persons under the age of 18 and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors.
